When we look around at the pain, loss and hurt in our world and even in our own lives, we can’t help but wonder, “God, don’t you see this? Can’t you do something about this? Where are you God? In this 4 session study Margaret uses fresh insight and Biblical teaching to study four verbs that Scripture uses in connection with God. When we understand God’s active nature, we realize how God is always active and engaged in our lives. God is truly on the move and working.
OCF is sponsoring this great series Marriage Built to Last for 2 days only. Three local pastors and their wives are sharing the teaching throughout this event: Pastors Tim and Vicky Henderson; Craig and Stephanie Wyjack; Don and Liz McPherson. Plus candid interviews from nationally known personalities: Kurt and Brenda Warner and Dave and Sharon Ramsey.
Topics include but are not limited to: Christ-Centered Marriage, Adjusting Expectations, Communicating Clearly, Resolving Conflict and Restoring Intimacy. Childcare will be provided, however you need to call the church to register. No admission fees, only donations.
Fellowship / Bible Study / Outreach is a unique melting of three important aspects of our Christian life and ministry to weekly enhance our lives.
Starting in January 2012 we'll be starting 3 different studies at various locations around Ogden. The groups will be meeting in January and February then in April and May. All these study groups have a short DVD presentation and a Bible study guide; please bring your Bible and your open heart.
Do these questions sound familiar: Why me? Why am I here? Why did this happen? Is there any hope? Where's the lifeline? Can you help me understand? As you and others you know wrestle with these issues the Bible has great hope and help for you. Join with us for these studies. The schedule and details will be forthcoming. In 4 sessions Pete Briscoe explores what it means to surrender to Jesus and the dynamic impact following Christ will have on our personal lives, relationships and service to others.
